There is also a pre-shipping labels attached for returning core battery.
CORE CHARGE
A refundable core deposit will be added at checkout. The return of old battery should be made within 30 days
of shipment confirmation. This applies to shipping orders. In other circumstance,
the core will be picked up at the service time.
RETURN
Once you receive your new hybrid EV battery put the core in the same package and send back.
Once we receive your battery we will refund your core deposit.
